Privacy policy
This policy covers the MODLEEX website, browser app and native apps. You can browse available tools without registering. Selecting a photo uploads it to MODLEEX so it can be prepared for your creation.
Photos and your ideas
We store the photo file received from your device privately, along with prepared versions, your idea, selected options and creation history. A system photo picker may provide a converted copy rather than the original camera file.
For live AI creation, the prepared photo content and relevant instructions may be sent to external AI processing services through our AI gateway. These services process the material to create or check your requested result. Original filenames and photo metadata such as GPS/EXIF are not included in the prepared model images. Metadata removal does not hide information visible in the picture.
A Preview example is a bundled sample, not a transformation of your photo. External AI processing is separate from MODLEEX’s own storage. Contact us with questions about which service processes your request.
Accounts and access
We use your email, verification status and account/session records to sign you in, protect your uploads and history, and send verification or password-recovery messages. Passwords are handled by our authentication service; verification codes and passwords are not kept in the app’s saved history.
The browser uses a session cookie. Native apps protect session credentials using the operating system’s secure storage. Service providers supporting hosting, storage and email process the information needed to operate these functions. Authorized staff may access service records for support, security or resolving a failed creation or payment.
Credits and payments
When credit purchases are available, Zarinpal and the bank process checkout. MODLEEX keeps the invoice, credit quantity, amount, payment status and transaction references for account and financial records. We do not collect your bank-card password, CVV2 or full card details in the app. A bank redirect alone does not confirm a payment.
Retention and removal
Completed creations remain in your history until you remove them. Uploaded source photos may become unavailable for reuse; a saved result is separate from its source photo.
Removing a photo or creation hides it from your view immediately. An offline removal may wait for a connection before it is processed. Removal from the app does not mean every backup or copy held by an external processor is erased immediately.
Account, financial and security records are kept separately for operating the service and maintaining transaction history. Removing an image does not delete those records or refund spent credits. The app currently supports item removal, not a full account-deletion control; contact us with questions about your information.
Data on your device
The app keeps account-scoped history, selected source files and cached result images for offline use. Cached images can expire or be removed to manage device space; files you deliberately save to your gallery remain there. Logout clears private app caches, but does not erase server transaction records or your gallery. Editable creation forms stay in memory rather than being saved indefinitely.
Usage and security information
When centrally enabled, native production apps send limited usage events to Matomo through Sahmino’s hosted analytics service. A temporary random session identifier is used, rather than an account or device identifier. The temporary identifier is not saved on the device, but the analytics service retains event records for aggregate reporting.
Photos, ideas, health details, email addresses, authentication secrets and account/payment identifiers are excluded from analytics events. The website and browser app do not send these native analytics events. Limited operational logs and traces support reliability and security; they exclude photo and prompt payloads and authentication/payment secrets.
Permissions and sharing
Camera, photo selection and gallery saving use the permission or system-picker controls of your device. You can change those permissions in system settings. Saving or sharing an image is your explicit action; an image sent to another app is then governed by that app’s handling.
