2. Eligibility

To participate in our programs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or provide verifiable parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
  • Have a valid passport and comply with immigration requirements for relocation to Paris.
  • Meet the standards outlined during the evaluation process.

MODLEEX Paris reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for individuals who fail to meet these criteria or agency standards.

3. User Responsibilities

By participating in our programs, you agree to:

  • Submit accurate personal information, including measurements, photos, and documents.
  • Adhere to professional conduct during training, assessments, and assignments.
  • Respect the rights and privacy of other participants and agency staff.
  • Maintain compliance with immigration laws and agency guidelines.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Sponsorship, Scholarship, and Relocation

Eligible candidates may receive:

  • Sponsorship: Full or partial sponsorship covering training fees, travel, and relocation expenses.
  • Scholarship: Financial aid based on talent and need.
  • Relocation Support: Assistance with visa processing and arrangements for the first month’s accommodation in Paris.

Eligibility for sponsorship, scholarships, or relocation is determined solely by MODLEEX Paris based on evaluations and agency discretion. Decisions are final and non-negotiable.

5. Photo and Portfolio Submissions

Participants are required to submit high-quality photos and portfolio materials. Guidelines include:

  • Photos must be clear, professionally styled, and meet agency specifications.
  • Use a neutral background, proper lighting, and a high-resolution camera (preferably a phone’s back camera).
  • Submitted materials must not infringe on third-party copyrights.

By submitting content, you grant MODLEEX Paris a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your materials for evaluation, training, and recruitment purposes.

6. Recruitment and Assignments

While MODLEEX Paris aims to connect participants with top-tier brands and opportunities, placements depend on:

  • Client requirements and preferences.
  • Participant performance during training and assessments.
  • Agency discretion and availability of assignments.

MODLEEX Paris does not guarantee work or income for participants.

7. Fees and Payments

For candidates not receiving sponsorship or scholarships, applicable fees may include:

  • Training program costs.
  • Portfolio development fees.
  • Visa and relocation assistance charges.

All payments must be made on time and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes or additional fees.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

We prioritize your privacy. Personal data shared with MODLEEX Paris will:

  • Be used exclusively for training, evaluation, and recruitment purposes.
  • Not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination of Services

MODLEEX Paris reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if participants:

  • Provide false information during the application process.
  • Violate these Terms or other agency policies.
  • Fail to meet agency standards during training or assignments.

Participants may terminate their engagement by providing written notice to the agency.

10. Intellectual Property

All training materials, branding, and content provided by MODLEEX Paris are the agency’s intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

MODLEEX Paris is not responsible for:

  • Losses or missed opportunities due to participant actions or omissions.
  • Issues arising from third-party services, such as visa agencies or accommodation providers.
  • Technical difficulties or interruptions affecting access to services.

In no event shall MODLEEX Paris’s liability exceed the total fees paid by the participant.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation or the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to Terms

MODLEEX Paris reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
